Wow I cannot say enough good things about Jurojin. Ive imported from other companies and Jurojin blows them out of the water. They gave me super useful information during the entire process, answered quickly, and even looked at the car in person sending me videos and looking at few things that worried me before bidding which eventually led me to purchase. This was a very expensive purchase and I was worried at first to spend so much without seeing the car but they ensured me they would make sure it was the right car and would be exactly what I was expecting when it arrived. Jurojin has been one of the best examples of customer service I have ever received. I attempted to contact two other JDM import services in Edmonton, and by far Matthias from jurojin was not only professional but trustworthy. I met with him in person, and he gained my trust. It worked out perfectly, he hand picked my car from the auctions , he has a particular process to make sure you get “a good one”, I trusted his process and man was I glad I did. My car was better than expected. It feels like a brand new car, needs nothing. I had 125 HD photos before hand and it was still better than I thought. As for Matthias, he’s a down to earth trust worthy guy, you can meet him and see who your dealing with and who your trusting with a large sum of money. Call me old school but I like to meet the person I’m giving tens of thousands of Dollars to. I have nothing but good things to say about Matthias and Jurojin. I will be back to buy more cars. I imported my 2000 JZS161 aristo with Jurojin, and these guys hooked it up to the max! They got my car delivered directly to my house in less than month total, I could believe it. I had good experience with Jurojin imports. Matthias was the first person to respond my initial inquiry amongst other importers. Communication through whole importing process was excellent that I felt very comfortable and well informed even though I was a bit nervous to deal with the remote agent to purchase a car from Japan. This is my third import from Jurojin. Affordable price compared to other importing companies and I didn’t have to worry about any logistics except planning my arrival in Vancouver to pick up the car. They make the process super easy and find you exactly what you are looking for. Recommend flying Flair airlines for $50 to Vancouver then driving it home if you live in BC or Alberta.
